I hope everyone had a killer 4th of July weekend!
Saturday was fun. Perfect weather. Perfect day to celebrate our independence by blowing shit up and eating like pigs. I started the day going on tour with the fam. First, my steppops had a concert at a church block party. my mom was pissed that i wore my "TEAM AMERICA: FUCK YEA!" shirt and made me flip it inside out. lol! leave it to moms to make me feel like i'm 13 years old again.

anyway, we ate burgers, hot dogs, pernil (roast pork, for those that don't know) and lamb with rice & beans, macaroni, potato salad, watermelon, cotton candy...shit, i'm starting to get the munchies now. but i digress...
we ate, chatted with the peoples...which reminds me, i need to go to church again! so many hot girls there, and i feel like a dirtbag for saying that out loud, but whatever...i'm a man. don't judge me! ANYWAYS...steppops played like 4 songs, then we bounced to Liberty Island for his second gig. He made me chug a beer on the way there, which was awesome. Until we were sitting in traffic, and i had to piss like a racehorse. We finally make it back stage. I piss, i eat again, i set up some equipment, mingled for a bit. Shout out to Jade! Hung out for show number 2. Steppop rips the drums again! It was awesome.

Escape from Liberty Island!
Since they were setting off fireworks, the watercab was shut down, so i had to figure out another way to manhattan. light rail to jersey city, jersey city to the wtc, the wtc towards uptown. Met up with the nation of violence/red dragon conglomerate and raged out at the flash bar. pint glasses full or rum, chubby bachelorettes, wacarnolds and excessive micheal jackson music. good times!

Somehow, I managed to slug my way back to jersey...just in time for work, byt my metabolism was officially on strike. after puking my entire body weight onto the CEO's parking space, i decided that it wasn't appropriate for me to be at the office at my current condition. So I autopiloted myself back home, and went into a coma for about 16 hours.

Woke up this morning, and felt like a million bucks!
